Terms of sale

Article 1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale define the contractual relationship between Switching Nails and the buyer and the terms and conditions applicable to any purchase made through the website switchingnails.com. The purchase of a product through this website implies the buyer's unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, which the buyer acknowledges having read prior to placing an order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares, on the one hand, that the purchase of products on the website switchingnails.com is not directly related to their professional activity and is limited to strictly personal use, and on the other hand, that they have full legal capacity to enter into these general terms and conditions of sale.

Switching Nails reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions of sale at any time, in order to comply with any new regulations or to improve the usability of its website. Therefore, the applicable terms and conditions will be those in effect on the date of the buyer's order.

Article 2. Products

The products offered are those listed on the Switching Nails website switchingnails.com, subject to availability. Switching Nails reserves the right to modify its product assortment at any time. Each product is presented on the website in the form of a description detailing its main technical characteristics (capacity, use, composition, etc.). The photographs are as accurate as possible but do not bind the Seller in any way. The sale of the products presented on the switchingnails.com website is intended for all buyers residing in countries that fully authorize the entry of these products into their territory.

Article 3. Prices

The prices listed on the product sheets in the online catalog are in Euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (TTC) applicable on the day of the order. Any change in exchange rates may be reflected in the product prices. Switching Nails reserves the right to change its prices at any time, provided that the price listed in the catalog on the day the order is placed will be the only price applicable to the buyer. Prices listed do not include delivery charges, which are invoiced in addition to the price of the products purchased based on the total amount of the order.

The buyer can create an account on the switchingnails.com website. The account creation section is accessible directly from the sidebar. Each time the buyer visits the website, they must log in using this information if they wish to order or view their account (order status, profile, etc.). Switching Nails offers the buyer the option to order and pay for their products in several stages, with several payment options to choose from:

  • Payment by bank transfer

Delivery times are given for informational purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. Switching Nails may provide the buyer with the tracking number for their package by email. The buyer will be delivered to their home by their postman. In the event of the buyer's absence, they will receive a delivery notice from their postman, which allows them to collect the ordered products from the nearest post office, within a period specified by the postal services. Transport risks are the responsibility of the buyer from the moment the items leave the premises of Switching Nails. The buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods and their contents upon delivery in the presence of the postman's or delivery person's representative. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
