Every order that contains a solid color press-on nails set or a custom press-on nails set is tracked so when I ship your order you’ll receive an email.
For other products (sizing kits, preparation kits, cuticle oils, stickers, extra nails) shipping is not tracked to reduce the costs.
Shipping time does not include processing time (the time I need to prepare your nails), which can be up to 7 business days. Please take this time into account when placing your order.
Please note that customs fees may be added when the package arrives in your country. It is your responsibility to take care of them.
If you think your package might be lost in transit, please allow the maximum delivery time stated in the tracking link to pass, then contact me via the contact form to file a claim.
A refund or a new shipment will be made at the end of the investigation if the package is not found.
