As every order is custom made, Switching Nails doesn't accept returns, refunds (outside of packages lost in transit) and exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
According to Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply because the products sold were made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
